Adrian Low

Adrian has broad experience in the provision of environmental advice to both the private and public sectors, and has a broad knowledge of New Zealand’s environmental legislation and its implementation. 

Adrian’s core expertise is in projects involving the energy sector, infrastructure development, the forestry and milling sectors, coastal activities including aquaculture, and water and wastewater related activities. 

Adrian is valued internally and by clients for his expertise in preparing assessments of environmental effects, undertaking planning evaluations, co-ordinating and project managing applications for approvals under the RMA, and in preparing submissions on changes and variations to the Resource Management Act 1991 (“RMA”) planning documents. He is also well versed in the collation and summary of public submissions, pre-hearing work with applicants and submitters, the evaluation and preparation of reports on consent applications for committees and hearings, and decision report writing for hearing panels.
