Claire Steele

Claire is a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and a full member of the New Zealand Planning Institute. She has a unique range of project experience from the United Kingdom and New Zealand and has benefitted from working for both the private and public sector. Her experience is wide ranging and covers all key areas of the industry, including strategic policy advice, representations on district and regional plan changes, research, and the consenting of large-scale infrastructure projects and commercial and residential developments.

Claire has extensive experience of co-ordinating large project teams and negotiating with stakeholders, and enjoys delivering positive and innovative solutions for her clients.

Claire is accredited to act as an Independent Hearings Commissioner.
