James Dobson

James recently joined Mitchell Daysh following the completion of his studies at Massey University, having gained a Bachelor of Resource and Environmental Planning (Honours) and has a strong desire to constantly improve his academic and practical knowledge of planning.

Since then James has developed a significant understanding of the resource consenting process through his contribution to a variety of applications for a wide range of clients. As part of the Mitchell Daysh team, James is currently involved in the analysis of numerous Regional and District plans, and preparing resource consent applications through the contribution to assessments of environmental effects. James brings a customer focused and practical approach to the team, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills to deliver the best outcome for clients.
